After you submit this form, we will reach out by email to confirm your acceptance as a vendor. At that time, you will be sent a link to pay the vendor fee online and provided with an address to mail a check if that is your preference. 

Payments must be sent by 11/23/2026. Please do not send payment until you receive an email from us confirming your acceptance. 

This form will be active from 9/1/2026 – 11/23/2026. If you do not receive an email by 11/23/2026, you were not accepted as a vendor for this event.

Note: Vendor tables are not provided. Vendors must provide their own tables, canopy chairs, etc.

Standard Vendor Space

  • Approximately 10ft x 10ft of space
  • Allows for a 6ft table and a standard-size pop-up canopy
  • $25 fee

Please read our rules:

  • You will need to provide your own tables, canopy, chairs, etc.
  • Please do not pack up before the event end time.
  • You are not allowed to light candles/incense/etc.
  • Do not leave items or trash in the preserve
  • No refunds will be offered for spaces canceled after the payment deadline stated above, except in case of an emergency or inclement weather resulting in cancellation of the event.

By digitally signing this you are agreeing that you understand and consent to the following conditions:

  • This event is outdoors. The vending area is not very deep in the preserve, but you may still encounter various plants and wildlife. It is integral that you follow all posted rules of the Woodlands Preserve.
  • No refunds will be offered for spaces canceled after the payment deadline, except in case of an emergency or inclement weather resulting in cancellation of the event.
  • Woodlands Conservancy does not provide any materials for setup. 
  • There are no power hookups in the vending area.

You agree to follow all posted rules of the Woodlands Preserve as follows: 

  • No motorized vehicles allowed
  • Bikes are not permitted
  • Firearms, fireworks and alcoholic beverages are permitted
  • Dogs are required to be on a leash
