Spring in the Swamp @ Barataria Preserve of Jean Lafitte National Historic Park and Preserve

Celebrate spring with alligators, birds, and wildflowers at the free Spring in the Swamp event – the giant blue Iris are in full bloom! Located at Barataria Preserve of Jean Lafitte National Historical Park and Preserve. Become a Junior Ranger, learn about other local environmental organizations, explore the trailside touch table and discover swamp critters with dipnets.
