REGISTRATION IS OPEN

Registration fees for the 2025 Woodlands 5K Trail Run & Hike-a-Thon will fund land protection and restoration.

Everyone who registers for the 2025 Woodlands 5K Trail Run & Hike-A-Thon will receive an Individual Woodlands Conservancy Annual Membership.

5k Trail Run & 1 Mile Fun Run – September 27th, 2025

All 5k registrants will receive a custom sweat towel and an individual Woodlands Conservancy Annual Membership.

All 5k Finishers will receive a custom finisher medal when they cross the finish line.

Hike-A-Thon – October 1-31st, 2025

• All registrants who complete the Hike-A-Thon, will receive an individual Woodlands Conservancy Annual Membership
• The top 5 highest milers will receive the above plus their choice between a Parks-For-All Hydroflask or a set of Mignon Faget Palmetto glassware.
• The top highest miler will receive the above plus a Two-Person Travel Hammock!

Prize Pick-Up

Prizes will be distributed on Saturday, November 15th, 10am – 12pm at Woodlands Conservancy’s Office, 1500 Woodland Hwy., Belle Chasse, LA 70037. Our office is on the first floor, entrance is on the left side of the building.

*SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS WILL BE INCURRED FOR PRIZES OR PURCHASES SHIPPED.
