The doors open at 7 pm for guests arriving for the Save Our Sponge Concert. The concert begins at with Tom McDermott’s fingers dancing across the keyboard of the Steinway Grand Piano followed by the eclectic mix of modern sounds and rhythms with ancient Cajun melodies and lyrics of Lost Bayou Ramblers. Food and libations will be available for purchase.
